Requirements
- 7+ years of program or operations management experience in construction technology, heavy equipment, or advanced technology deployment.
- Direct experience working within or alongside a CAT, Komatsu, John Deere, or equivalent OEM dealer network.
- Demonstrated track record managing distributed field workforces across multiple states or regions.
- Hands-on experience with technology installations on heavy construction equipment (grade control, autonomy kits, machine control, or telematics).
- Strong ability to create processes in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills with experience holding external partners accountable to SLAs.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to job sites and dealer facilities.
Responsibilities
- Scale Fleet & Data Operations from 6 states to 15+ by designing org structures, SLA frameworks, and partner decision models.
- Manage relationships and structured programs with CAT dealers, independent service providers, and technology partners.
- Supervise safety, quality, and repeatability of autonomy kit installations and commissioning processes on customer sites.
- Coordinate the rollout of new technology, fleet management platforms, and data collection tools across field operations.
- Establish and run operational cadences to monitor KPIs, uptime, and data quality across the distributed fleet.
- Lead, mentor, and build a distributed team of mobile fleet technicians across the East Coast.
