Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, investments, or capital markets.
- 5+ years of experience in coaching & developing Sales professionals.
- Strong background evaluating complex business problems and opportunities and presenting concise recommendations to leadership.
- Proven ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional analytical skills and proven ability to lead through ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Demonstrated success working under tight timeframes and in fast‑paced environments; experience with Agile development is preferred.
- Ability to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders.
- CFP® Certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel 25-50%.
- Delivers compelling presentations and effectively commands an audience.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development and evolution of practice management strategy and implementation to help planners build successful practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to ensure alignment with training needs, software, systems, and tools used in Practice Management and client relationship management, with a specific focus on Salesforce and related platforms.
- Partner with the Regional Directors & Advisors to develop business plans & action steps designed to achieve & surpass the KPIs.
- Align practice management principles with overall firm objectives to enable seamless integration and improved strategic outcomes.
- Lead organizational change efforts that improve planner adoption of new systems, processes, and client‑experience frameworks across Wealth Planning.
- Build and deliver scalable, beneficial frameworks and processes for planning teams.
- Utilize a consultative approach to deeply understand the needs of our planners, building trust and winning their hearts and minds.
- Size, evaluate, and lead critical initiatives; report progress and insights to the cross‑functional leadership team.
- Curate and develop retail go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy initiatives and materials.
- Streamline planner activities, improve operational efficiency, and standardize best practices based on planner segment needs.
- Build confidence and trust with the planner community through consistent partnership and enablement.
- Develop and facilitate workshops, planner offsites, and enablement events that strengthen consistency, planner capability, and client‑experience outcomes.
