Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, investments, or capital markets.
  • 5+ years of experience in coaching & developing Sales professionals.
  • Strong background evaluating complex business problems and opportunities and presenting concise recommendations to leadership.
  • Proven ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proven ability to lead through ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success working under tight timeframes and in fast‑paced environments; experience with Agile development is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • CFP® Certification preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50%.
  • Delivers compelling presentations and effectively commands an audience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and evolution of practice management strategy and implementation to help planners build successful practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to ensure alignment with training needs, software, systems, and tools used in Practice Management and client relationship management, with a specific focus on Salesforce and related platforms.
  • Partner with the Regional Directors & Advisors to develop business plans & action steps designed to achieve & surpass the KPIs.
  • Align practice management principles with overall firm objectives to enable seamless integration and improved strategic outcomes.
  • Lead organizational change efforts that improve planner adoption of new systems, processes, and client‑experience frameworks across Wealth Planning.
  • Build and deliver scalable, beneficial frameworks and processes for planning teams.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to deeply understand the needs of our planners, building trust and winning their hearts and minds.
  • Size, evaluate, and lead critical initiatives; report progress and insights to the cross‑functional leadership team.
  • Curate and develop retail go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy initiatives and materials.
  • Streamline planner activities, improve operational efficiency, and standardize best practices based on planner segment needs.
  • Build confidence and trust with the planner community through consistent partnership and enablement.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops, planner offsites, and enablement events that strengthen consistency, planner capability, and client‑experience outcomes.
