Requirements
- Minimum of five years in technical operations, IT, or support roles emphasizing systems integration and automation.
- Practical experience constructing or managing automation pipelines.
- Demonstrated deployment of LLM integrations or advanced AI tools within the past year.
- Proven track record building AI integrations using platforms like n8n, Workato, or Zapier.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Google Apps Script.
- Hands-on experience with LLM tools, prompt engineering, agent design, and API integrations.
- Understanding of risks such as prompt injection, data exposure, and over-scoped access.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly GCP, including IAM and secrets management.
- Strong cross-functional influence and communication skills to navigate and advise across all organizational levels.
- Ability to communicate complex technical risks clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain secure shared infrastructure including web app hosting, API standards, and secret management.
- Review, track, and advise on corporate AI and automation builds, including agentic workflows and tool configurations.
- Partner with internal AI specialists to identify, scope, and deploy scalable AI automation solutions.
- Define and maintain a secure intake path for organizational AI and automation requests.
- Manage AI tool costs by monitoring usage, setting thresholds, and alerting on spend across platforms.
