Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a closing sales role.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to sell on value.
- Experience or willingness to adopt AI-powered sales tools.
- Self-directed, coachable, and driven attitude.
- Proven experience with structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC is a plus.
- Hospitality and SaaS industry experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Own territory and sales quota by building and executing a strategic territory plan.
- Generate net-new pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, and industry events.
- Run disciplined sales processes using the MEDDPICC qualification framework.
- Leverage internal AI agents for call preparation, discovery, and pipeline coaching.
- Engage stakeholders from GMs to C-suite to sell on value and ROI.
- Drive new business and identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
- Represent the company at industry events to build brand presence.
