Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a closing sales role.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to sell on value.
  • Experience or willingness to adopt AI-powered sales tools.
  • Self-directed, coachable, and driven attitude.
  • Proven experience with structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC is a plus.
  • Hospitality and SaaS industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Own territory and sales quota by building and executing a strategic territory plan.
  • Generate net-new pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, and industry events.
  • Run disciplined sales processes using the MEDDPICC qualification framework.
  • Leverage internal AI agents for call preparation, discovery, and pipeline coaching.
  • Engage stakeholders from GMs to C-suite to sell on value and ROI.
  • Drive new business and identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
  • Represent the company at industry events to build brand presence.
