Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, ideally across APAC or multi-country regional markets.
  • Postgraduate degree in IT, Business Administration, or an MBA.
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, channel development, partnerships, and consultative solution selling.
  • Exposure to education, certification, consulting, or IT services industries.
  • Familiarity with PRINCE2 or similar certification frameworks.
  • Strong CRM experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or similar tools) and advanced computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across multicultural environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage pipelines, forecast performance, and drive results.
  • High proficiency in English (advanced level required; C2-level certification is a plus).
  • Self-driven, autonomous, and comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven international environments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial expansion across APAC by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across corporate, government, and education sectors.
  • Build and manage a strong multi-country sales pipeline while ensuring consistent performance against revenue and growth targets.
  • Establish and maintain high-value relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with training providers, universities, and enterprises to promote certification and professional development solutions.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies tailored to regional market dynamics, cultural differences, and competitive landscapes.
  • Coordinate with global internal teams including marketing, product, and support to ensure seamless delivery and alignment.
  • Represent the organization at regional events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence.
  • Monitor performance metrics, report results, and continuously optimize sales strategy for ROI improvement.
