Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, PropTech, or enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand technology products and explain their business value to clients.
- Experience in consultative selling and managing enterprise or corporate accounts.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at real estate companies and agencies.
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable CRM solutions through consultative selling and product demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, update CRM records, and provide reliable sales forecasts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate new business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position the company's offerings.
