Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with a strong track record shipping native mobile products (iOS and/or Android).
  • 5+ years as an engineer in a role that focused on writing code.
  • Deep expertise in engagement and retention metrics, including push notification programs and personalization systems.
  • Fluency in iOS and Android platform capabilities (HIG, Material Design, on-device ML).
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics and attribution tools like Amplitude, Firebase, or Mixpanel.
  • Comfort with mobile operational realities including release management, feature flags, and crash monitoring.
  • Strong data fluency with the ability to define success metrics and perform cohort analyses.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals.
  • Strong customer empathy and design/UX sensibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and strategy for SeatGeek’s native iOS and Android apps to create a cohesive user experience.
  • Build and execute a roadmap focusing on push notifications, personalization, loyalty mechanics, and native platform features like Live Activities and widgets.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and data science to improve MAU, session frequency, and retention.
  • Partner with marketing and CRM to align in-app experiences with broader campaign touchpoints.
  • Manage App Store and Google Play presence including ASO, store listings, and review management.
  • Collaborate with analytics and engineering to track app health, crash-free session rates, and release discipline.
  • Provide mentorship to junior product team members and contribute to product team culture.
