Requirements
- Strong full-stack or backend engineering background.
- Proven experience building integrations, APIs, or automation pipelines in production environments.
- Expertise in creating custom nodes, working with authentication patterns, and event-driven systems.
- Customer-facing experience with the ability to build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong solution design skills to turn operational problems into practical technical designs.
- Ability to balance customization with simplicity to avoid unnecessary technical debt.
- Ability to quickly get productive in new industries and diverse tech stacks.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% of the time, primarily across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Embed on-site with enterprise customers for focused 5-day deployment engagements to deliver production workflows.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to align technical execution with customer priorities and adoption goals.
- Design and build workflows, integrations, and custom nodes tailored to specific customer environments.
- Translate complex, ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable automation designs.
- Identify and document product gaps or feature requests to create a feedback loop with Product and Engineering.
- Contribute reusable code, integrations, and patterns to an internal library of playbooks.
