- Curiosity-driven mindset with comfort in ambiguity and a self-motivated approach to remote work
- Ability to structure research findings and communicate them clearly
Responsibilities
- Explore and experiment with blockchain use cases across a range of business scenarios, building prototypes and tooling to validate ideas in practice
- Research on-chain ecosystems, protocols, and emerging trends to identify opportunities where BNB Chain infrastructure can better serve real business needs
- Synthesize findings into clear technical reports and directional recommendations for the BNB Chain core team
- Collaborate closely with protocol and product teams to ensure research insights feed into infrastructure decisions
- Stay current with developments across the broader Web3 ecosystem — protocols, applications, and business models
