Requirements
- 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on data security, privacy, governance, cloud security, or enterprise software.
- Hands-on expertise across cloud platforms, data platforms, SaaS applications, security technologies, and enterprise architectures.
- Strong experience conducting technical assessments and driving adoption programs.
- Proven ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps and measurable value.
- Executive stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to synthesize technical, business, and risk signals.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect Expert certifications.
- Preferred: CISSP, CIPP, or CIPM industry certifications.
- Familiarity with DSPM, Privacy, or AI Governance platforms.
Responsibilities
- Setup customer accounts, facilitate onboarding, and orient stakeholders.
- Identify expansion opportunities and conduct success planning and strategy sessions.
- Conduct assessments and recommend solutions across DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance.
- Perform technical health checks and deliver quarterly value and adoption reviews.
- Monitor signals to detect churn risk, define mitigation plans, and partner on renewal strategy.
- Build business cases and define value realization through checkpoint reviews.
- Engage CISO, CIO, and other executive leadership with risk and status updates.
- Own the technical success plan and adoption roadmap in partnership with Sales and Customer Success leadership.
