Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA a plus).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience selling to National Account customers.
- Proven track record of successful sales, goal attainment, and partnership development.
- Strong budget and sales management skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal data systems.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel.
- Excellent time management, administrative, and communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of industry regulations and laws.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and activation of commercial marketing programming across assigned customer base for Jägermeister and Teremana.
- Drive sales, profit, and brand equity growth through programs grounded in shopper and commercial insights.
- Deliver custom plans that drive long-term brand-building opportunities.
- Collaborate across internal marketing and field sales teams.
- Track spending programs and utilize analysis tools to measure ROI and program evaluation.
- Represent the company at customer events, conferences, and industry appointments.
- Identify and implement fact-based sales, POS, and category management tools.
