  • Minimum of 3 years of experience selling to National Account customers.
  • Proven track record of successful sales, goal attainment, and partnership development.
  • Strong budget and sales management skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal data systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel.
  • Excellent time management, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of industry regulations and laws.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and activation of commercial marketing programming across assigned customer base for Jägermeister and Teremana.
  • Drive sales, profit, and brand equity growth through programs grounded in shopper and commercial insights.
  • Deliver custom plans that drive long-term brand-building opportunities.
  • Collaborate across internal marketing and field sales teams.
  • Track spending programs and utilize analysis tools to measure ROI and program evaluation.
  • Represent the company at customer events, conferences, and industry appointments.
  • Identify and implement fact-based sales, POS, and category management tools.
