  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment (preferred).
  • Experience coordinating projects, process improvements, or organizational changes (preferred).
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple teams and departments (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate change management meetings.
  • Coordinate and manage change requests throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of changes.
  • Communicate updates, timelines, and impacts clearly to all involved parties.
  • Track and maintain change documentation and reporting.
  • Utilize ServiceNow to manage and monitor change activities.
  • Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Foster positive working relationships while ensuring established processes are followed.
