- In-depth knowledge of your region's food scene, traffic patterns, and local areas.
- Self-motivated, creative, and proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle 24/7 customer, venue partner, and courier partner support together with the team.
- Communicate with customers via chat or phone using a professional yet playful tone.
- Respond clearly to questions and queries from customers, venue partners, and couriers.
- Find solutions to exceed partner and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and improve support processes.
- Liaise with Operations and Product team members to communicate problems and bugs.
