Requirements
- 4+ years in technical roles such as Integrations Engineer, QA, TAM, or Solutions Architect.
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance.
- Strong technical execution skills with integration and automation expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and driving deliverables.
- Experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
- Knowledge of API specifications such as OpenAPI.
- Experience in web development and writing scripts for internal tools (e.g., Python, Ruby, Golang, Bash).
- Proficiency with Postman for API testing.
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
- Support clients end-to-end during their onboarding process.
- Maintain API and SDK documentation, integration guides, and support materials.
- Analyze client technical and functional requirements to design solutions.
- Manage implementation projects including timeline, quality, risk, and delivery.
- Understand customer business problems and success criteria to deliver solutions.
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.
