Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a partnerships, alliances, or channel sales role.
- Proven experience building ecosystem relationships that generate pipeline.
- Technical fluency in cloud, AI/ML, or data infrastructure.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders like CTOs.
- Proven track record of taking partner-sourced opportunities to close.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse business and technical audiences.
- Self-starter capable of shaping commercial processes and playbooks.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle including discovery, proposals, and negotiations.
- Lead pitches and presentations for AI/LLM and data infrastructure solutions.
- Handle objections, navigate procurement, and lead contract negotiations.
- Manage ongoing accounts post-signature to ensure delivery success and upsell.
- Develop relationships with AWS account managers, partner development managers, and field sales teams.
- Drive co-sell motions such as joint proposals and AWS Marketplace positioning.
- Maintain AWS partner tier status by hitting KPIs and certification benchmarks.
