Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a partnerships, alliances, or channel sales role.
  • Proven experience building ecosystem relationships that generate pipeline.
  • Technical fluency in cloud, AI/ML, or data infrastructure.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders like CTOs.
  • Proven track record of taking partner-sourced opportunities to close.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse business and technical audiences.
  • Self-starter capable of shaping commercial processes and playbooks.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle including discovery, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Lead pitches and presentations for AI/LLM and data infrastructure solutions.
  • Handle objections, navigate procurement, and lead contract negotiations.
  • Manage ongoing accounts post-signature to ensure delivery success and upsell.
  • Develop relationships with AWS account managers, partner development managers, and field sales teams.
  • Drive co-sell motions such as joint proposals and AWS Marketplace positioning.
  • Maintain AWS partner tier status by hitting KPIs and certification benchmarks.
