Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a senior DevOps or technical leadership role.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience administering Linux systems and networking technologies (TCP/IP, VPNs, routing).
- Solid expertise with Git, GitOps workflows, GitLab CI, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Proven experience with Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Docker, Containerd, and Packer.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, EKS, IAM, CloudTrail, S3, VPC).
- Professional experience developing automation using Python or Golang.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and passion for automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of DevOps processes, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
- Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions to automate cloud provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and application deployments.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitOps practices to improve software delivery speed, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, customer-facing teams, and operations to support cloud and on-premises deployments.
- Improve infrastructure performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency through monitoring and automation.
- Automate server provisioning and configuration management using tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Optimize AI infrastructure, including hardware selection, model deployment, and inference environments.
- Develop automation solutions and operational tooling using Python or Golang.
