Requirements
- Extensive experience leading operational teams.
- Extensive understanding of AWS cloud environments.
- Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes.
- Extensive experience with Git version control.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, preferably Python.
- Understanding of database management, specifically Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Karpenter and FluxCD is a plus.
- Experience with Liquibase is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and own operational processes for the managed services platform.
- Lead a team of 4 engineers including hiring and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Team Lead to improve platform stability and performance.
- Participate in the on-call escalation rotation.
- Engage with customers to resolve complex operational issues.
- Contribute to platform improvements, automation enhancements, and disaster recovery testing.
