Requirements
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Business, Communication, Economics).
- Minimum GPA of 3.50/4.00.
- Maximum of 2 years of total full-time experience.
- Noteworthy extracurricular achievements or leadership experience.
- Motivated to build a career in recruitment.
- Collaborative and proactive approach with a growth mindset.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, or ATS platforms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage strong candidate pipelines through outbound and inbound initiatives.
- Conduct direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and Google X-Ray.
- Perform screening interviews to assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate coordination to ensure a smooth, professional recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Development, and Marketing teams to understand hiring needs.
- Provide insights on candidate landscapes, compensation trends, and market availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global talent.
