- 3–7 years of experience in leveraged finance at a bulge bracket or elite boutique firm.
- Deep expertise in leveraged finance structuring, debt capacity analysis, and capital structure optimization.
- Advanced financial modeling skills, specifically in LBO and debt schedules.
- Experience with covenant analysis, credit committee materials, lender presentations, and term sheet analysis.
- Associate level experience across LBO financing, acquisition financing, high yield, or leveraged loans.
- Ability to articulate leveraged finance judgment clearly and precisely in writing.
- Commitment of 20+ hours per week with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Contribute leveraged finance experience to a structured research project improving AI reasoning across investment banking and capital markets.
- Generate, refine, and evaluate content that reflects how senior leveraged finance professionals think through transactions.
- Apply expertise to transaction processes ranging from structuring through execution and close.
- Translate complex professional judgment into clear and precise written formats for model training.
- Collaborate on improving how Frontier AI handles corporate finance tasks.
