Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations.
- Proven track record of managing recurring cycles independently.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite AR and billing modules.
- Strong organizational and deadline-management skills.
- Professional written communication skills for partner-facing contact.
- Methodical reconciliation mindset.
- Familiarity with SQL or BigQuery (preferred).
- Experience in high-growth technology, marketplace, or travel companies (preferred).
- Knowledge of revenue share, commission, or variable partner billing structures (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Execute the full monthly partner billing cycle by gathering inputs, generating reports, and coordinating internal reviews.
- Manage direct partner communications, including sending billing emails and addressing inquiries.
- Triage and investigate data discrepancies, resolving issues or escalating with documentation.
- Create, issue, and track partner invoices in NetSuite and confirm remittance processing.
- Onboard new partners by collecting documentation, tax forms, and banking details.
- Support month-end close through account reconciliations and journal entry preparation.
- Maintain process documentation and assist with external audit requests.
