- At least 5 years of experience directly managing high-performing teams.
- Deep proficiency in public cloud architecture, Zero Trust architecture, DLP, and cloud-native security.
- Foundational understanding of LLMs, MCP, RAG, and agentic orchestration patterns.
- Proven ability to articulate value-based storytelling to C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership.
- Ability to travel up to 40% for strategic account engagement.
- Experience in an incubation or startup environment is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of AI risk, model governance, and compliance frameworks is preferred.
- Proven success in 0-to-1 product monetization and scaling initial revenue milestones.
Responsibilities
- Scale the AI Technical Strategy by partnering with global sales leadership to drive high-value AI security opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of high-performing Principal AI Security Specialists.
- Develop standardized Proof of Value (POV) frameworks, reusable demo assets, and global sales enablement playbooks.
- Serve as a technical advisor and executive sponsor for Fortune 500 C-level stakeholders.
- Synthesize field insights to influence product and engineering development roadmaps.
