Requirements
- 10+ years of proven track record in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Advisory).
- Deep fluency in Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and MCP (Model Context Protocol) orchestration patterns.
- Solid grasp of Zero Trust architecture, data loss prevention (DLP), cloud-native security platforms, and API integrations.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex AI architectures into business value.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Experience interacting with LLM APIs, scripting, and creating agentic automation routines is preferred.
- Direct experience in model governance, compliance frameworks, and navigating production AI deployment risks is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise account teams to own and execute the technical sales strategy, driving complex, high-value AI security opportunities from discovery to close.
- Configure and present tailored, outcome-driven demonstrations of Zscaler’s AI security platform.
- Lead customer proofs-of-value (POVs) to validate Zscaler’s ability to securely enable enterprise AI.
- Act as the field authority on modern AI patterns, including RAG, agents, and prompt workflows, advising on data exposure and unsanctioned AI usage.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to inject customer feedback into the product roadmap.
- Develop reusable demo assets, technical assets, and enablement playbooks to upscale the global sales force.
