Requirements
- Experience shipping production LLM systems where correctness is critical (e.g., fintech, legal, healthcare, or regtech).
- Expertise in extraction pipelines, agentic workflows, or document-understanding systems.
- Strong ability to build evaluation frameworks and maintain golden datasets to prevent regressions.
- Excellent judgment in balancing model-based logic with deterministic function design.
- Experience as a 0-to-1 builder capable of owning end-to-end system development and production operations.
- Commitment to high engineering hygiene and robust schema design.
- Bonus: Familiarity with accounting, audit, ERISA, 401(k) administration, or financial document processing.
- Bonus: Experience with layout-aware/OCR extraction, retrieval systems, or structured-output generation.
- Bonus: Experience building internal tools or review-and-approval UIs.
Responsibilities
- Design and build an audit workbench pipeline for document ingestion, extraction, and workpaper generation.
- Develop evaluation infrastructure to ensure system reliability and reproducibility.
- Implement structured human review surfaces and frontend review tools.
- Define technical direction for scaling systems from initial clients to high-volume production.
- Partner with CPAs to translate regulatory logic into versioned, deterministic code.
