Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Advisory.
- Deep foundational knowledge of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and MCP (Model Context Protocol) orchestration.
- Understanding of security risks associated with AI/GenAI.
- Solid grasp of enterprise security foundations including Zero Trust architecture, DLP, and cloud-native security.
- Experience with API integrations.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills with a history of executive-level communication.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-evolving market environment.
- Nice to have: Experience with AI prototyping, LLM APIs, and agentic automation.
- Nice to have: Experience navigating model governance, compliance frameworks, and shadow AI usage in production.
Responsibilities
- Architect the AI technical strategy in partnership with account teams to drive high-value AI security opportunities.
- Deliver tailored, outcome-driven demonstrations and proofs-of-value for C-level executives and technical practitioners.
- Act as a field subject matter expert on AI patterns including RAG, agentic flows, and prompt workflows.
- Advise clients on mitigating sensitive data exposure and managing unsanctioned AI usage.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate customer feedback into the product roadmap.
- Build reusable demo assets, technical playbooks, and training materials to scale the AI field sales motion.
