Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years in software engineering or application development.
- 5+ years in architecture leadership roles delivering enterprise-scale systems.
- Proven experience leading teams in delivering complex, cloud-native, AI-driven applications.
- Proficiency in agentic AI and orchestration using Semantic Kernel or LangChain.
- Experience with vector databases, hybrid search, and RAG optimization.
- Expertise in LLM evaluation, quality gates, telemetry, and MLOps/LLMOps.
- Strong knowledge of Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, and data pipelines.
- Experience with C#, .NET, Azure Functions, microservices, and containerized architectures.
- Proficiency in Agile development workflows, GitHub, and AI-assisted coding tools.
- Demonstrated ability to align technical architecture with business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional engineering and architecture teams in the end-to-end delivery of complex AI systems.
- Define and enforce reference architectures, technical patterns, and delivery standards for enterprise AI adoption.
- Provide senior-level architectural oversight, guiding the design of advanced, distributed, AI-powered applications.
- Drive the integration of modern AI capabilities like generative AI, intelligent agents, and Model Context Protocol into production.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to executive stakeholders to help define enterprise AI strategies.
- Oversee a portfolio of large-scale AI delivery programs, ensuring architectural integrity and risk mitigation.
- Mentor senior architects, tech leads, and engineers to raise the overall technical bar of the practice.
- Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, conference speaking, and open-source contributions.
