Requirements
- 2+ years working in a B2B software startup environment as a PM or Solutions/Deployment Engineer.
- Previous experience working with accounting teams, financial software, or supply chain management.
- A palpable excitement for learning, growing, and leveling up strategic product skills.
- Comfortable jumping on technical calls with engineers and contributing to architectural discussions.
- Strong attention to detail for managing large-scale projects.
- Experience writing SOPs and leading team trainings.
- Ability to translate complex technical insights into clear product requirements (Jobs To Be Done).
- Proven experience conducting user research and data-driven product prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery for your product area, balancing quality, speed, and stakeholder expectations to meet commitments.
- Demonstrate attention to detail when executing large-scale projects, ensuring proactive communication with the right stakeholders at the right times.
- Gain a deep understanding of internal Accounting workflows, so as to write SOPs and lead trainings as they adapt to new tooling.
- Identify potential risks early in the product lifecycle, navigate trade-offs alongside teammates, and use decisive judgment to keep high-impact work moving forward.
- Drive roadmap strategy by conducting deep user research, translating complex technical insights into 'Jobs To Be Done,' and weighing expected business impact against core company goals.
- Practice a clear and concise communication style, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Take initiative and follow through on projects that increase the Product team’s collective ability to derive actionable insights from customer data.
- Act as a champion for emerging AI technologies, and actively work with AI to streamline the product process from design prototyping to QA.
