Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations.
- Proven track record of pitched placements and an existing media/partner network.
- Near-native English proficiency and high comfort level communicating with US media and advisors.
- Experience in book or thought-leadership PR including launches and press kits.
- Demonstrated ability in conference management and maximizing sponsorship outcomes.
- Experience with AI tools like Claude AI to build media-list and outreach-personalization workflows.
- Valid passport and ability to travel to the US up to 6 times per year for approximately one week.
- Reliable remote work setup with a US phone number and dialing capability.
- Self-sufficient, relationship-driven, and low-ego temperament.
- Strong program management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own PR end-to-end including media-director relationships, pitching, and securing guest spots in interviews and podcasts.
- Coordinate book publishing processes including edits, endorsements, press kits, and managing book reviews.
- Build and maintain advisor relationships through workshops, e-courses, and CRM stewardship.
- Recommend and manage conference sponsorships to maximize value, including lead capture and securing speaking slots.
- Develop radio and podcast program content and manage earned-media campaigns.
- Source and vet additional talent such as videographers or influencers when necessary.
