- Minimum of 5 years of account management or business development experience in the energy industry.
- Technical expertise in solar, storage, and substation assets.
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales.
- Strong network of renewable industry relationships.
- Experience developing or working directly in pricing models for O&M services.
- Experience negotiating operations and maintenance service contracts.
- Strong verbal/written communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and research business needs.
- Perform outreach via personal and professional networks.
- Conduct sales meetings to explain service offerings and value propositions.
- Manage proposal development and follow-up to ensure competitiveness in the RFP process.
- Log and track opportunities in CRM for executive reporting.
- Negotiate commercial and technical terms aligned with profitability and risk.
- Support Account Management team in expanding business with existing customers.
