Requirements
- Experience designing and scaling design organizations.
- Strong understanding of design operations and ways of working.
- Experience with AI-enabled design workflows and design systems.
- Multi-product leadership experience across large platform ecosystems.
- Experience managing complex user journeys and intersection points between products.
- Proven executive presence and ability to challenge and influence senior leaders.
- Deep understanding of how to build and maintain high-quality, repeatable design standards at scale.
Responsibilities
- Set the roadmap for scaling Design within the organization.
- Build and establish the design operating system, processes, standards, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Raise the quality bar for design and foster the professional growth of the design team.
- Own the cross-product experience strategy and design governance to ensure a cohesive user ecosystem.
- Lead design craft and people management, including role expectations and career progression.
- Operate as a peer-level design leader and strategic partner to the executive team.
