Requirements

  • 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience.
  • Proven track record of driving continued partner growth and revenue.
  • Knowledge and relationships with SMB and SME focused resellers and MSP partners within a multistate region.
  • Ability to build relationships with decision makers at partner organizations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Gsuite, and MS Office.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving annual quota targets.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience at a startup or pre-$100M revenue company is desirable.
  • IT security product experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct effective prospecting and lead management to build a 3-5X pipeline.
  • Close business in companies with 1000+ employees.
  • Manage and report sales pipeline within CRM to provide accurate quarterly revenue visibility.
  • Network to attract and influence Partner sales and grow Partner relationships.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners to engage in proactive demand generation.
  • Maintain a regional partner plan mapping partner strengths to target opportunities.
  • Track and manage lead flow between partners and the internal sales team.
  • Work with marketing to execute joint partner business plans and campaigns.
