Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven success in SaaS enterprise sales, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong experience selling into complex enterprise environments, including Fortune 500–1000 organizations.
  • Background in UCaaS, CCaaS, contact center technologies, telecom, or customer experience platforms is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based selling across long and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate product capabilities into measurable business value.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Highly self-motivated, strategic, and results-driven with strong time and pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and consistently achieve revenue quotas by developing and executing strategic territory, account, and deal plans across enterprise customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across target accounts.
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models, ensuring pipeline visibility and forecasting precision within defined targets.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with customer pain points and business outcomes.
  • Execute outbound and campaign-driven initiatives to generate high-quality pipeline.
  • Navigate competitive sales environments by articulating differentiation and effectively responding to objections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success.
