Requirements
- 8+ years of proven success in SaaS enterprise sales, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong experience selling into complex enterprise environments, including Fortune 500–1000 organizations.
- Background in UCaaS, CCaaS, contact center technologies, telecom, or customer experience platforms is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based selling across long and complex sales cycles.
- Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate product capabilities into measurable business value.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Highly self-motivated, strategic, and results-driven with strong time and pipeline management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and consistently achieve revenue quotas by developing and executing strategic territory, account, and deal plans across enterprise customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across target accounts.
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models, ensuring pipeline visibility and forecasting precision within defined targets.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with customer pain points and business outcomes.
- Execute outbound and campaign-driven initiatives to generate high-quality pipeline.
- Navigate competitive sales environments by articulating differentiation and effectively responding to objections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success.
