Requirements

  • 6+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS, technology, or financial services environments.
  • Proven success selling to large enterprise organizations (5,000+ employees), including C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas and performance targets.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long-term strategic value.
  • Ability to build and execute structured territory and account plans aligned with revenue goals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across executive audiences.
  • Preferred: experience in finance, business planning, or FP&A-related solutions and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close, focusing on net-new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities within the East Region.
  • Build and execute strategic account and territory plans to consistently achieve and exceed revenue quotas.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders, particularly within Finance and operational leadership teams.
  • Identify and drive complex use cases that demonstrate business transformation value across planning, forecasting, and performance management workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer value realization.
  • Conduct consultative discovery sessions to deeply understand customer needs and align solutions to business objectives.
  • Negotiate complex enterprise agreements while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM systems.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategy and improve conversion effectiveness.
