- Excellent written communication skills for internal documentation and team alignment.
- Self-motivated, forward-thinking, and adaptable to new challenges.
- Nice to have: Direct people management experience.
- Nice to have: Deep domain knowledge in communications, finance, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Define business outcomes and translate them into actionable scope and project plans.
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and preventing over-spend.
- Identify critical paths and dependencies, proactively resolving project roadblocks.
- Ensure benefits are clearly defined, quantifiable, and successfully achieved.
- Secure necessary internal and external resources and manage virtual project teams.
- Coordinate stakeholders, establish governance, and ensure clear decision-making processes.
- Manage risks and issues within the company's established framework.
- Produce effective project reporting and implement best practices in program management.
