Requirements
- 7+ years of experience facilitating all aspects of the sales cycle, specifically in prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- 3+ years of experience selling enterprise software (SaaS) to construction or related industries.
- Proven track record in a quota-carrying role meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
- Strong experience presenting to and negotiating with C-level executives and VPs.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot is strongly preferred.
- Experience conducting virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a business-related field is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
- Excellent verbal communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing for an assigned geographic territory.
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for C-level executives, VPs, and field-based employees.
- Develop and execute outreach micro-strategies to cultivate prospective customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and draft proposals in alignment with company procedures.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align on business acquisition strategies and pipeline growth.
- Utilize CRM software for tracking touchpoints, email communications, and performance analysis.
- Travel up to 70% within California for onsite meetings, networking, and industry events.
