Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in proptech, real estate, or operational software
  • Proven ability to self-generate pipeline in a territory-based role
  • Strong command of sales processes including stakeholder mapping and timeline alignment
  • Track record of closing $40K–$80K+ ACV deals with significant complexity
  • Experience selling to technical, operational, or C-level buyers
  • High sense of ownership and ability to treat territory like a business
  • Ability to travel up to 30–40% for field selling, industry events, and customer meetings
  • Comfort evolving quickly in a fast-paced market
  • Passionate belief in core company values

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a territory of Regional PMC accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from self-sourced and inbound discovery through to closing deals
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover operational, financial, and workflow pain points
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, and referrals
  • Close $40K–$80K+ ACV deals involving multiple products and decision-makers
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Forecast accurately and manage deal progression using Salesforce, Gong, and Notion
  • Represent the company at industry events and field meetings
