Requirements
- 7-15 years of enterprise B2B software sales experience with a track record of larger deals
- Demonstrated success at startups, ideally selling into old-school industries
- Strong hunter mentality with the velocity, energy, and drive to source and build relationships quickly
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a positive, high-energy presence
- Comfort and proficiency with technology and AI tools
- Consistent top performance, having crushed quota at recent roles
- Bonus: direct experience selling into insurance or financial services
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from sourcing and prospecting through demo and close
- Sell into enterprise brokerages, carriers, wirehouses, and large financial institutions
- Build and nurture relationships across a relationship-driven, in-person market
- Run discovery and product demonstrations for a complex platform
- Travel roughly once per month for conferences and in-person selling
- Partner with marketing and customer success to identify and win the right accounts
