Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of professional social media execution experience.
  • Experience supporting a founder, creator, agency, or fast-paced content team.
  • Must be available to work U.S. business hours from the Philippines.
  • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn, X, and YouTube platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and edit short-form and mid-form video content.
  • Proficiency in standard video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Overlap, or Opus Clip.
  • Evidence of practical, real-world application of AI in content workflows.
  • Strong editing instincts with the ability to maintain brand voice and quality standards.
  • Ability to write original posts and captions as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily publishing of social media content across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Draft, edit, and refine copy, elevating AI-generated drafts and writing original posts.
  • Edit, repurpose, and format content into carousels, social posts, and video clips.
  • Execute and maintain the content calendar to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Perform quality assurance checks for formatting, branding, and platform requirements.
  • Utilize AI tools for research, caption drafting, and workflow optimization.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of SOPs and content processes.
