Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience managing and growing branded social media channels
  • Agency or multi-client exposure preferred
  • Proven track record of driving measurable performance and audience growth across multiple platforms
  • Strategic content planner with strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Proficient in major social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, etc.)
  • Experience in working collaboratively with creative teams to deliver on-brand visual and written content
  • Skilled in basic design or video editing
  • Motion/animation experience a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and continually improve
  • Organized self-starter able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Responsibilities

  • Fully own and drive the performance of client's social media channels
  • Set social media strategy and define content roadmaps
  • Oversee execution across all key social media platforms
  • Shape online brand presence and digital voice of clients
  • Lead efforts to grow audiences, increase engagement, and drive measurable results
  • Take end-to-end ownership of all social media channels for BlackBox Strategies and select clients
  • Define and implement comprehensive social media strategies to engage target audiences and achieve brand and revenue goals
  • Develop and maintain an actionable content calendar
  • Proactively leverage AI tools and platforms to generate, enhance, and optimize social content
  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, copy, design, marketing) to source and deliver content
  • Curate, schedule, and publish high-impact content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, refining tactics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Actively engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and foster brand advocacy
  • Stay current with industry trends, social tools, and algorithm changes, proposing and testing innovative approaches
  • Nurture relationships with influencers and partners to extend campaign reach and impact
