Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a people-facing HR function (HR generalist, employee experience, or similar).
  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience administering employee benefits and HR programs.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as HiBob, Rippling, Workday, or BambooHR.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities with professionalism and discretion.
  • Willingness and ability to meet in person in NYC a few times a year for company off-sites.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day employee questions across North America.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding using systems like HiBob and Rippling.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR system data integrity.
  • Administer benefits programs including health, retirement, and wellness offerings.
  • Manage leave and PTO administration in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Execute promotions, lifecycle updates, and annual merit review administration.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to automate and scale People Operations processes.
