- 2-4 years of experience in a people-facing HR function (HR generalist, employee experience, or similar).
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience administering employee benefits and HR programs.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as HiBob, Rippling, Workday, or BambooHR.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
- Ability to handle shifting priorities with professionalism and discretion.
- Willingness and ability to meet in person in NYC a few times a year for company off-sites.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day employee questions across North America.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding using systems like HiBob and Rippling.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR system data integrity.
- Administer benefits programs including health, retirement, and wellness offerings.
- Manage leave and PTO administration in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Execute promotions, lifecycle updates, and annual merit review administration.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate and scale People Operations processes.
