- Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day employee questions across North America.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding using systems like HiBob and Rippling.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR system data integrity.
- Administer benefits programs including health, retirement, and wellness offerings.
- Manage leave and PTO administration in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Execute promotions, lifecycle updates, and annual merit review administration.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate and scale People Operations processes.
