Requirements
- 2+ years of direct implementation experience at a tech-enabled or transactional business.
- Proven ability to lead clients through onboarding processes involving change management.
- Skilled at holding clients accountable to agreed deliverables and timelines.
- Strong in discovery, objection handling, and consultative client engagement.
- High emotional intelligence with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to understand end-to-end processes and data flows across functional teams.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Passionate about designing scalable processes and driving operational excellence.
- Willing to work 8:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead clients through the full implementation funnel from discovery to onboarding, activation, and handoff.
- Conduct thorough discovery to uncover client goals and proactively handle objections.
- Deliver targeted training and guidance to property managers for product setup and usage.
- Partner with sales to ensure alignment on deliverables and project timelines.
- Manage projects end-to-end by coordinating stakeholders and driving accountability.
- Act as a process consultant to build, refine, and scale implementation workflows.
- Utilize CRM, automation, and AI-powered tools to improve client experience and efficiency.
