Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Current National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
- Valid state licensure/certification as an OT (or willingness to obtain reciprocity).
- Experience delivering teletherapy or working within a K-12 school district.
- Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals.
- Strong virtual instruction skills, including comfort with video conferencing and digital whiteboards.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, webcam, and a quiet workspace.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, individualized virtual occupational therapy tailored to each student's functional goals and developmental delays.
- Create structured intervention plans aligned with student IEP goals, targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
- Adapt instruction and therapeutic exercises in real time based on student performance and engagement.
- Track student data and maintain documentation for progress reporting.
- Communicate effectively with families, IEP teams, and school district partners to ensure regulatory compliance.
