Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Experience working with students who have education needs.
Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
Strong virtual instruction skills, including comfort with video conferencing and digital whiteboards.
Ability to pass a background check.
Reliable computer, internet connection, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's experience level, project goals, and unique learning style.
Create structured lesson plans that align with student goals, from 3D modeling basics to industry certification preparation.
Adapt instruction in real time using screen-sharing and interactive workflows to troubleshoot software and explain design principles.
Track student project progress and communicate effectively with families or school partners.
Support students in areas including 3D modeling, technical drafting, and portfolio development.
