Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant business experience.
- Previous experience with bringing new products to market.
- Ability to travel throughout the territory as necessary.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in virtual sales calls and product presentations.
- Proven sales track record over multiple years.
- Strong work ethic with a results-oriented and self-starting mindset.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Medical device industry experience or knowledge is preferred.
- Start-up experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent work experience may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, accounts, and advocacy groups to build sales pipelines.
- Coordinate with Marketing to broaden market awareness and support product launches.
- Collaborate with Patient Access, Customer Care, and Therapy Support Specialist teams to support the patient journey.
- Identify and build strong relationships with KOLs, titration partners, and accounts.
- Develop and manage strategic territory plans to drive therapy adoption and business growth.
- Conduct sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitor research.
- Maintain and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans.
- Participate in and coordinate customer education events.
- Manage CRM administration.
