Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of demonstrated sales leadership in an inside sales management capacity.
- 5 to 10 years of sales or account management experience.
- Demonstrated track record of success in B2B complex software sales environments.
- Expertise in executing a consultative, solution-selling approach.
- In-depth knowledge of the software industry (ERP experience strongly preferred).
- Excellent leadership, management, and influencing skills.
- Superior presentation skills and high-level business acumen.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of 6 to 8 account managers.
- Implement best sales practices and innovative strategies to drive productivity and revenue.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings to support team development and goal achievement.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
- Analyze sales KPIs and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM.
- Drive Business Process Optimization engagements and facilitate on-site client meetings.
- Collaborate across the organization to support cross-functional initiatives and business goals.
