Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated sales leadership in an inside sales management capacity.
  • 5 to 10 years of sales or account management experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in B2B complex software sales environments.
  • Expertise in executing a consultative, solution-selling approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of the software industry (ERP experience strongly preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, management, and influencing skills.
  • Superior presentation skills and high-level business acumen.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of 6 to 8 account managers.
  • Implement best sales practices and innovative strategies to drive productivity and revenue.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings to support team development and goal achievement.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales KPIs and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM.
  • Drive Business Process Optimization engagements and facilitate on-site client meetings.
  • Collaborate across the organization to support cross-functional initiatives and business goals.
