Requirements
- Deep experience with AI and automation adoption in an operational context.
- Demonstrated ability to design processes from scratch with agentic AI built in.
- Understanding of operational risks, compliance requirements, and audit readiness in a regulated environment.
- Experience in fintech, banking, credit union, or adjacent regulated services.
- Proven experience leading large-scale operational redesigns at speed.
- Ability to manage complex transitions while maintaining existing client commitments.
- Strong commercial experience in client-facing operational roles, including pricing and service packaging.
- Experience operating in environments where service delivery is the primary product.
- Builder mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and operate without an existing playbook.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery across managed services operational domains including contact center, digital banking support, fraud, onboarding, and lending.
- Maintain accountability for SLAs and ensure client commitments are consistently met.
- Lead the redesign of the operational model by integrating agentic AI, automation, and scalable architecture as core principles.
- Partner with product, engineering, and the Applied AI Practice to implement automation and measure efficiency gains.
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships while identifying new revenue opportunities and supporting contract renewals.
- Lead, develop, and mentor operational leaders to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Hire and retain talent capable of managing current service delivery while executing a transformation strategy.
