Requirements
- Previous experience in a SecOps, Security Analyst, or Threat Response role.
- Proven ability to understand and reproduce technical vulnerabilities.
- Experience with bug bounty triage (e.g., HackerOne, Bugcrowd).
- Hands-on exposure to SIEM, EDR, and DLP tools in production environments.
- Demonstrated interest and hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to security work.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or similar.
- Ability to work autonomously across time zones and asynchronously.
- Strong written communication skills for creating clear, defensible investigation reports.
- Experience building LLM agents, RAG pipelines, or Slack bots is a plus.
- Detection engineering experience (Sigma rules, custom queries) is a plus.
- Cloud security depth in AWS or GCP is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review and reproduce incoming vulnerability reports from bug bounty intake.
- Build automation tools to improve signal-to-noise, such as duplicate detection and abuse filtering.
- Monitor and respond to EDR and cloud security alerts.
- Analyze darkweb findings and shape internal monitoring practices.
- Build AI-assisted triage and investigation copilots to correlate signals and surface critical issues.
- Develop response workflows that draft remediation steps and track them to closure.
- Support audit evidence collection for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
- Partner with ITOps to verify patches and access hygiene.
