Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in security engineering, cloud security, or security operations.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and administering Microsoft 365 E5 security technologies in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, Identity Governance, Authentication Security).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Strong ability to write and utilize KQL (Kusto Query Language).
  • Experience with PowerShell and/or Python for task automation.
  • Experience supporting security controls and monitoring within AWS environments (IAM, Security Hub, GuardDuty, AWS Config).
  • Experience implementing or administering Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) solutions.
  • Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Entra ID security controls, including Conditional Access and identity governance.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune security baselines, compliance policies, and endpoint protection.
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft Defender solutions, including Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, and Cloud Apps.
  • Manage Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP), information protection, and compliance controls.
  • Design and maintain Microsoft Sentinel detections, KQL queries, and automated SOAR response playbooks.
  • Participate in security operations including alert triage, incident investigation, and vulnerability management.
  • Support Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) implementation across Microsoft Azure and AWS environments.
  • Coordinate remediation of security risks and perform third-party technical assessments.
