Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience building software products in a leading technology company, AI company, or high-growth fintech.
- A proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering products that achieve measurable customer and business impact.
- Strong technical judgment with the ability to partner closely with Engineering and navigate technical trade-offs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and experimentation to drive product decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and raise the standard for product excellence.
- Ability to think like an owner and relentlessly focus on outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make confident decisions with incomplete information.
- Passion for building AI-powered products.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, identifying opportunities that drive customer value and long-term business growth.
- Lead the end-to-end development of AI-powered products, partnering closely with Engineering, AI, and Design to transform complex technology into exceptional user experiences.
- Use customer insights, product metrics, and experimentation to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities, make informed decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Align cross-functional teams around a shared vision, navigate technical and business trade-offs, and drive execution with speed and clarity.
- Continuously improve product quality, execution, and decision-making while fostering a culture of ownership, simplicity, and high standards.
