Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management.
- Direct experience in a consumer or prosumer self-serve business at scale.
- Proven track record of moving revenue and growth metrics.
- Deep expertise in growth and monetization, specifically pricing, packaging, and conversion/retention optimization.
- Fluent in subscription and consumption model economics.
- Experience managing P&L-style numbers.
- Demonstrated ability to drive high-velocity A/B experimentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with high-speed, high-accountability environments.
- Experience with creative, design, or content-creation tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the self-serve business revenue and full funnel of usage and growth.
- Articulate the right-to-win thesis and define the portfolio of product bets.
- Run a high-velocity experimentation engine for pricing, packaging, and growth loops.
- Identify and validate opportunities to acquire and grow new business segments.
- Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to ship experiments and drive improvements.
- Build and scale a high-performing product team while serving as the primary IC lead.
